Developed at the Morden Research Station, this narrow fast growing columnar tree is disease resistant, and tolerates poor growing conditions. It is considered to be drought tolerant and a great choice for minimal watering and areas for xeriscaping practises.

It is not recommended to plant near outbuildings, above powerlines and near septic fields.
