Terms and Conditions

Order cancellations:

The purchaser has ONE WEEK from the order date to request a refund or make any changes to the order.
All orders are on a reserved basis and are considered spoken for, and in some cases, at the company's discretion, are immediate FINAL SALE. Refunds within that time frame will be subject to a 4% fee kept of the total order cost, which is withheld for merchant fees associated with each transaction.

Shipping:

We ship via Canada post expedited services mid April and into the first week of May. Please note these are approximate times and can vary with how many orders we end up receiving for the year, shipping times can extend later into May if we deem necessary. Check your email junk folder should your shipment notification land there, or add our email to your trusted senders list.

Failure to provide us with a correct mailing address where a delivery notice can be left for postal pick up will be at the buyers expense, as well as any plant loss resulting from that.

Liability:

We cannot be liable for more than the purchase price of the plants. Submission of your order implies agreement to all terms and conditions.

Warranty:

We warrant the product to be healthy and true to type upon arrival. Due to the perishable nature of nursery stock, the effects of weather conditions, transplanting, and care practices, we cannot be responsible for losses after seven days of acceptance of the nursery stock.
