Trembling aspen is known for its network of trees it produces in areas in which it has been planted. The small leaves it bears is how it earned its name, as it appears that they ‘tremble’ in the wind. This tree holds most of its canopy at the top of the tree when mature. Has some ornamental value in the fall when the leaves turn a brilliant yellow. White bark on more mature trees.
